Sober Living Level II

This is a level II sober living program designed for those that need a little more support than just a clean and sober environment.  Maybe you need help staying on medication, more one on one time with recovery coaches, and maintaining appointments. This program is ideal for those on SSI or SSDI with extenuating mental health complications. 

Along with our standard sober living programming you get:

• Main house living
• Coordination with others in your case management team
• Medication held by staff
• Medication call at 7:30 AM and 9:30 PM
• Assigned recovery coach/intern
• Staff maintains a calendar of and coordination of transportation to mental health and substance abuse programming
• Daily DAP notes
• Monthly case management reports
• More recovery related interaction with staff on daily basis
• More recovery meetings daily
• Community service work with staff as available mowing, landscaping, construction, etc.
• Participation in psycho-education and groups with other program residents
